All-In is a family of friends that have worked in the event and media business for several years.
If you are looking for someone that are willing to go all in for your event you have come to the right place. Though, based in Oslo, Norway, we facilitate events abroad as well as all over Norway.

NHOs årskonferanse
All-In has produced NHO's annual conference in 2022 and 2023. NHO's årskonferanse is one of Norway's largest business conferences and the most high-profile political meeting place. At the conference there are around 1,300 leaders from business, the public sector and organisations, politicians, academics, experts and journalists. All-In has assisted with advice, development, planning, management and execution of both the conference and the annual dinner. In 2022 and 2023 the conference received all-time best score from the guests.
Mester Grønn / Kick Off
With a colorful og exciting kick-off over three days, we celebrated our masters at Mester Grønn. Finally, employees from all over Norway could gather under the same roof again, to celebrate the past year and pay tribute to all the hard workers. The days were filled with award shows, quizzes, musical acts, humor, entertainment, team building, inspiring external lectures and lots of professional content. Exciting news was presented, and of course a good and steady course for the road ahead.
Forsvarsdepartementet / Liberation Lunch
On August 19th, we had the joy of arranging the Liberation Lunch, to honor our veterans and time witnesses from World War II. The royal family, Prime Minister Erna Solberg and the Chief of Defense were present at the special celebration. A day full of strong impressions, under the roof of the Opera. "Thank you for all you have given, for all you have sacrificed - so that we can live in a free country," said H.K.H. Crown Prince Haakon in his speech.
VG-Lista Top 20 / 2021
On the 28th of August, VG-Lista Top 20 streamed digitally to thousands of homes, from the new Deichmanske Library. Christine Dancke and Vegard Harm guided the TV viewers, as well as a small selected group of audience, through Scandinavia's largest concert. An amazing show, with artists who could finally perform and celebrate music again after a very different covid-year. Production in collaboration with VG and The Oslo Company.
Telia / Kick-off
Following the acquisition of Get, Telia gather all employees at Gardermoen, Clarion Hotel & Congress Oslo Airport, for a big kick-off to unite everyone on the same strategy, and anchor common goals for 2020. Our team followed the process closely from A to Z, and collaborated with group management to create a vibrant event full of content. All-In was responsible for all elements related to the event. Everything from creating and sending out 2000 invitations, production of presentations and films, to evaluation after the event. The conference showed the management from its very best side, with a clear strategy, vision and goals – reassuring and exciting the employees, and giving them a celebration they won't forget.
VG-lista Top 20 / 2020
In 2020 the COVID-19 virus made us cancel the traditional concert, and replacing it with a smaller, digital tour to some the astonishing locations in Norway. Fewer artists, smaller and well spread crowds & heavy focus on safety made the backbone of the production. The outcome was a selection of superb concerts viewed by hundreds of thousands of Norwegian kids during the summer.
Nordic Choice / Winter Conference (VK)
Nordic Choice Hotels has a yearly conference in Stockholm, Sweden with over 3000 attendees. The Summit is called Vinterkonferansen (VK) translated to the Winter Conference. The conference is held over 3 days and is known to be one of the biggest and most spetacular events in Scandinavia with the owner Petter A. Stordalen in front of the madness.
VG-Lista Top 20 / 2019
All-In produced Scandinavias largest concert at Rådhusplassen in the summer of 2019. Almost 50.000 spectators experienced the concert live, and several 100.000 TV viewers got to experience an amazing music show from their living room. New location of the stage gave better visibility, new stage design and a number of other new elements contributed to the success.
Danske Bank / Employee Gathering
November 2018, Danske Bank gathered 1.000 employees at Quben, near Gardermoen, for its large employee gathering. All-In also assisted this event in 2016, which takes place every other year. The gathering consisted of a professional program, gala dinner and award ceremonies. All-In assisted Danske Bank with everything from design and concept for the event. In addition to handling parts of the registration, transport, communication, hotel logistics, catering, external contributors on stage, entertainment, decor, printed materials, service crew as well as stage training. A successful event with high quality of professionalism from the stage, plenty of room for mingling and a great honor-ceremony for those who won awards in the evening.
Norwegian Nobel Comitee / Peace Prize Concert
We had the honor of producing the 2018 Nobel Peace Prize Concert, on behalf of the Norwegian Nobel Comitee. To differate from previous concerts, we held it outside the Town Hall of Oslo, Rådhusplassen, free for all. Over ten thousand people came and honored the Nobel Laureates Denis Mukwege and Nadia Murad for their efforts to end the use of sexual violence as weapon of armed conflicts.
